Meet Jennifer Pudlo, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Welcome.
When life feels different than you imagined, you don't have to navigate it alone.
There are seasons in life that quietly change us.
Sometimes it's the heartbreak of a relationship that no longer feels secure. Sometimes it's the grief of pregnancy loss, infertility, or the transition into a new stage of life. Sometimes it's anxiety that has slowly become overwhelming, or the realization that somewhere along the way you've lost sight of yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a place where you can slow down, be fully heard, and begin making sense of what feels uncertain.
I believe meaningful change happens in relationships built on trust, compassion, and clinical expertise. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with your own strengths, deepen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.
For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and
couples through some of life's most challenging seasons. My practice combines evidence-based approaches—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—with a warm, collaborative style that honors your unique story.
Whether you're seeking support for your relationship, navigating a significant life transition, healing from trauma, or looking for a therapist who truly understands women's mental health across the lifespan, therapy can become a place where healing begins and hope is restored.
About Jennifer Pudlo Therapy

Our Purpose
At Jennifer Pudlo Therapy, we guide individuals, couples, and families through life's most painful seasons by breaking negative cycles, restoring authentic emotional connection, and calming the nervous system to heal trauma, when needed. Through integrative therapy and lifestyle optimization, I empower clients across generations to resolve distress, stabilize mood, and achieve deep, lasting well-being.

Therapeutic Modalities
We work with individuals and couples to address emotional and relational challenges through clinically proven interventions and compassionate care.
We are a trauma-informed practice that aims to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to create lasting change. Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we support you in healing both your inner world and your relationships.
Together, we’ll gently explore the parts of you shaped by past experiences, reduce overwhelm, and build a stronger, more compassionate sense of self. At the same time, we’ll work to deepen emotional connection—helping you communicate more openly, feel more secure, and strengthen your relationships.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced with care—so you can move from surviving to feeling more grounded, connected, and able to thrive.
